Someone left the queue… The game gets stuck, just the match information, but no players, so the game suddenly closes! I open it again and there is a waiting time of almost half an hour.

That is unfortunate, it could have also happened at the start of their emergency server maintenance. I have had the game crash on me a few times after finding a match it would be upsetting if everyone got the penalty just because my game crashed.
