Hello to all the fans of the game aoe2 de. Tell me what to do. For many weeks I have been trying to solve the problem of starting the game on PC (Microsoft store). Every time I start the game crashes before the opening video. At first I thought that the problem was in my PC. I read a lot of the game forum. And tried to solve the problem using the advice from the forum. But all to no avail. Then I turned off the internet on my PC and the game magically started. But it is impossible to play without the Internet. I have no Internet without the purchased add-ons.
Today I decided to try to run the game on my console Xbox Series X. And on the console the game does not start either. When starting there is a synchronization of data and at 10 percent the game crashes.
Thus I conclude that my game does not work on a PC (Microsoft store) and does not work on a console Series X with an active xbox profile. Synchronization of data from the xbox leads to a crash. How can this be? What should I do? I have already contacted technical support aoe2 de. Their solutions do not help me.
