The game freezing at some moments

Game Version:

Issue:

There are some times where the game freezes for about 10~15 seconds, then recompose. I’ve noticed this happening in three situations:

  • On the lobby, while waiting for a match start

  • During a match

  • At the end of the match, at the post game stats screen

For the first case I don’t have a guess on what could be causing the freezes, nor I can provide how to reproduce, but they are quite common.

For second and third I’ve seen a pattern: every time a player leaves the match the freeze strikes. When it happens the background music keeps playing and you’re still able to move the mouse cursor, but that’s all. During a match, when it ends the game recompose and speed up untill you catch up the real time occurrences, then the game proceeds normally.

Seems that the game is trying to crash when it freezes, because that’s exactly what happens when you try to force imputs (like clicking) when it’s froze.

I’ve experienced the same issues, multiple times.

As of now this issue seems to be solutioned. Sometimes the match can havea lag spike when a player leaves, but is really subtle and don’t annoy as near as much when I reported the issue.
