The game wont run when i try to boot it up

When I try to boot up the game, it makes it to the title card, but it wont go any further. It doesn’t crash, it just doesn’t load.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Install Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition
  2. Run game
    3.Wait for hours while nothing happens
