So would this mod rename Indians?

Indians to be renamed to Hindustanis. I mean, the current Indians is basically just the Mughals with a bunch of Maratha and southern add ons. Lazy devs calling it “Indians” to escape responsibility of making proper civs. This mod will bring a bunch of new units and architecture to light.
