The logistician rework

Being one of the less used politicians in supremacy, I couldn’t wonder how could this age up option be viable, aside from its gimmicky mechanics for each civ, which often is less valuable than other age ups since lacks resources or isn’t just as strong as the governor/quartermaster.
Then I came across the last patch, thinking about the new native cards added to europeans decks, which seem really lore fitting, but some of them are kinda weak and more treaty oriented. In a mix of both issues I realized it wouldn’t be that crazy to just merge those things together.
Giving the logistician a similar function as the Native American allies card from the Incas would be a really nice rework. A native embassy and a roster of natives to ally with, considering the match up and army composition. And still it would keep the logistician concept of aggression/rush, since native units don’t cost population, and you still get a military building
