In Mission 1 of “The New Atlantis” campaign, the Sky Passage does not work. Mission says to put 5 workers into the passage, but i can’t put any units inside of it. I tried loading from checkpoint, still cant garrison units in it so im stuck on this mission.
Tried again on a lower difficulty. Same problem. Get the prompt to garrison 5 workers in it, but wont let me garrison anything.
Im assuming you are trying to garrision by right clicking? You can garrison by hitting the garrison shortcut in the bottem left UI and then left clicking on the Skygate.
Which, to be clear, is still weird that you can’t just right click to garrison, and there does not apear to be a “one click garrison” option in the options menu

This is not exactly a bug, it’s just a very unfortunate feature. In AoM, villager behavior on right-clicking buildings used logic: repair IF able THEN garrison IF able. In Retold there’s no logic but a toggle in settings: either repair on right-click and garrison on hotkey, or garrison on right-click and repair on hotkey. I think it should be updated to AoM logic.
