Full unique civs + campaigns. This way they definitely get more revenue and we more investment for new and exciting content

maybe you right, but the best Age of Empires 2 DLC are the new Civs DLCs, not the campage only DLCs.
So it should contain both, but the new Civs are the most important

I agree with your assessment. The game is now completely unbalanced. It’s broken. Normal, competitive matches are impossible—every game is a one-sided stomp.

for a game like AoE II DE with more of a 50 civs right now new Civs are important for MP and competitive scene only
