I would also enjoy that. The Malians were my favorite civ for the longest time. I requested another Malian civ really early on, but people said they don’t need a sub faction for the Malians. An entire other African civ would be nice as well if they don’t plan on giving the Malians a second, or just introduce the new African civ and a new sub civ for the Malians.
