Do you have a specific idea for civs in it?
I feel like there’s two ways to do it, either Saracen split but that would include Andalusians out of Spain, or you could do…I guess something that included Oghuz Turks for earlier era Turks with the current Turks civ being moreso Ottomans.
At the very least they gotta get Persians in AOE3.
