Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Load the game
2. go to campaigns
   3.Click on ANY Campaign/scenario

The many bronze checkmarks.

I had completed them on standard, but now, its gone.

I did not lost the progress, but all got demoted from gold to silver. Same in Chronicles and Return of Rome.

I haven’t lost progress but the medals all got demoted, so gold to silver and silver to bronze, some even from gold to bronze. Bronze seem to show no medals at all for campaigns and standalone scenarios.

Same here, i am a new player (less than 1 month) some gold medals are hard to get so this is disappointing.
i hope it will be fixed soon or no more buy dlc for me …

Same here. Every Gold medal turned Silver Including Art of War. I literally finished a hard game of campaign and turned silver after update

I can’t access the DLCs either.

I now have the same issue many people here are seeing. I have completed nearly all campaigns and scenarios, always on hard (gold check). Now everything is showing as silver. The only one that isn’t is a game I had saved from yesterday (Alaric 5) and just finished a few minutes ago, which is when I saw the others had all changed.

Hopefully this is resolved as that was years of progress.

Same here, not even demoted medals. ALL of my medals and progress are completely wiped. I’m so upset

Spent 101 hours working on my gold medals, only all of them where demoted to silver.

Was planning on buying all the DLC’s, but I’m not now… changed my good rating to negative on steam, won’t be playing any more or buying your DLC’s until this is fixed.

Hope enough are pissed off to make them revert their dumb ass error.

I have been working on every campaign and put in a few hundred hours this past few months while I have been on vacation. I could upload every single campaign page but I am not going to bother wasting my time. The Devs don’t even have the decency to put out a statement. IF they do not know, that is even worse because it shows they are beyond stupid and useless. Fix my damn progress please. The amount of $$$ you idiots will lose from this if you don’t fix is unreal. Not a single person who plays for the campaigns will buy your terrible DLC.

My major concern is that even if this is fixed, will it still count toward achievement progress? There’s achievements for completing all historical battles or all Victors and Vanquished scenarios and I don’t want to have to redo hours-long scenarios just because the game doesn’t register I ever did them…

Badges demoted here as well from gold to silver
