You can thank lancaster for spurring this, although most were needed already, it became apparent as heck when demilancer in a pack of 8 are charging a OTD base who can at best get 2 xbows out and matching spears in this matchup is just asking for death (dont make spears)
If we had the old xbow attack speed, the 8 demilancers would actually force out spears in every single game. But becouse they had the wisdom to shadowbuff the xbow units, it is possible to hold with a couple xbows, albeit - still very one sided lol.
