Decks can be renamed by double-clicking almost anywhere on the deck menu screen.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open the game from Steam
2. Pick any civ
3. Go inside the Home City a pick any deck you want to rename
4. Try to rename it by double-clicking anywhere inside the 2 orange marked boxes from the uploaded screenshot
5. Observe what happens

Renaming your deck pop-up screen should be activated only when you click inside the current deck tab / textbox area, not from anywhere on the screen. The pop-up activation boundaries should be adjusted properly. In the current state It is annoying for the user.
