The screen camera locked and i couldnt click in portrait for about 5 minutes

Issue:

the screen camera locks for about 5 minutes
it dodesnt matter if i click in the minimap, or click in portrait (i cannot click in portrait in the video)

Trigger Event:

I was alt tabbing in window i guess

Repro Steps:

  1. i dont know
