The steam achievement "See My Vest!" don't work for some home cities

I finish to unlock all cosmetics of US home city, but I didn’t receive the “See My Vest!” steam achievement.
Same problem for the Aztec Home city, a friend raised it to level 90+ and nothing… (It’s a bit frustrating :sweat_smile:).

But the achievement works with European home cities (I got it with the French, level 60+).

Hello - Same here with Spain… Just got everything i could unlock - but no achievement.

Same here, US lvl 38, no achiev, Spanish lvl 57, no achiev.

Same for my Hausa HC. Unlocked all customizations, still no achievement.
