I bought The Sultan’s Ascend DLC as a gift for my brother on Steam, and the DLC content is not available to him even after he followed all the recommended solutions provided by the Age support team (activating the DLC on Steam, reactivating the Steam client, reinstalling the game, etc.). It’s very frustrating to purchase content and want to play it on release day but not be able to. Please, what would be the solution to this problem, as others are also reporting the same issue?

but the right to use follows the account
not follows the dlc package add-ons
other account using the same pc cannot use the dlc add-on
which different from aoe2 and aoe3 civ package add-ons
