It takes 20 seconds from the moment you choose Surrender to the moment the menu appears.
It shouldn’t take longer than 5 seconds for the menu to show up. Even 10 seconds feels long. Unless there is an underlying technical reason for this, it’s just wasting your time unnecessarily.
