There is no revolution option in my single player mode

After a game, I found that there were no revolution options in the single-player - Battle mode, The multiplayer online mode is running properly. Verifying game integrity and reinstalling the game will not resolve this issue. Attach a screenshot.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. It’s just a BUG that happened after a multiplayer game. There is no specific confirmation of the steps that can be triggered.

When the conditions for revolution are met, the revolutionary option should appear in the town cente.

You need to be in industrial age to revolt. Your screen shows that you are fortress age.

Have you tried not starting in fortress age ?

Yes, I have tested many countries and eras.

Are you 10000% sure you don’t have any mod active ?

There were some before the problem occurred, but after that, all subscriptions were cancelled and deleted.
