You are just writing the opposite what i write you are not debating and making nonesense.First you need to pay monastery and second you need to pay for 240 res monk.Also Rus High Trade House isnt giving full gold if there is no tree its useless compared to Abbey of the Trinity free monastery and %50 cheaper monk.You can do like you say pull 10 vill and make monastery immediatley but %99 of players in the game wont do it.
Its not safe source of coin and it requires tree learn the game a little bit.You were only right about rus get %20 more wood but english get cheaper farms too.Also their gather rate needs to be same with rus for food wise.The deer spawned there isnt enough.
