Graphic,Video card;- no concern for me it’s latest

According to these specs is there any other best rts other than AoE III???

I recommend you Rise of Nations Extended Edition it’s available in Xbox website for PC, it’s pretty good in that it spans all ages from ancient to information age, the only thing you need too do is learn how to play first. You can buy the game here.
