I haven’t played 3 for awhile, I’ve been setting up my new PC. I got it running last night and played for a few hours. This game is so good… I’ve tried but I can’t get into AOMR, it’s just not fun for me.
But I love everything about 3, the setting, the graphics, the gameplay. It’s the best.
I agree, this is the best game I’ve ever played… if I count the version that wasn’t definitive… I’ve been playing it with minor breaks for over 15 years…
Yes, it’s a very decent game… in 2022 I got pretty burned out on it after KotM and started playing AoM EE to prepare me to AoM Retold… now if I didn’t play campaigns in AoE 2 DE and AoE Online (and partly AoM Retold), maybe I’d go back to 3 DE to make some custom campaigns…
