To be fair, October could also be “late 2024”. I think October would be the ~4 year anniversary for DE.
Having said that, around Christmas still seems more likely as it might increase sales, but idk.

It’s a pity that there isn’t anything at least a smaller solo civ DLC before the release of this Baltic DLC. It would make the extremely long waiting time more pleasant.
Last year we got literally nothing, not even a mention, for the anniversary, btw.
