I installed the three DLC’s. It shows they are installed “Dawn of Dukes, Lords of the West and Dynasties of India”. The problem is that when I launch AOE 2 DE I don’t see those options. What’s going on?
Try verify the game file. Also fill a post in bug report.
Verified the files twice, even uninstalled an reinstalled.
Try repost this in #bug report forums. Maybe devs will see and open a ticket there.

But where do you look? There isn’t a simple place to look that I’m aware of. You kind of need to know where to look or what to look for
On the Single Player > Campaigns screen, there should be new bookmarks:
- S. Asia
- E. Europe
- W. Europe
And when choosing a civ, you should see these new civs that I’ve circled:
Aside from that, there should be new buildings, units, achievements, etc. Maybe new maps to chose from, too? I’m not sure. Here are links to info about each DLC
