If you surrender due to without knowing someone build a TC next to you or you had a really bad spot, you will get timeout penalty.
This is stupid for FFA because FFA is solo mode, not like its team games so you don’t really affect anyone, yet this Timeout Cooldown is just extremely stupid.
and Monarch is too weak, and should at least be able to fight back, do William the Conqueror and Longshanks really run around naked with no weapons? Same with Saladin and many others.
