Tithe Barns bug - doesn't work

I saw this trying to get the new Tithe Barns achievement. There are a couple of issues:

  1. The Tithe Barns tech does not generate any additional resources.
  2. I am unable to research advanced tithe barns as Mongols

I idled all the villagers to see whether I was collecting wood with just the Relics, and you can see that there is no wood income in the bottom left.

Thank you for reporting @BrianLinOnline. There is definitely a bug here, but the Event Challenge itself should be tracking this correctly, even though in-game it isn’t working for some civs. I know it’s not ideal as you have to fly blind, but once you get the 2000 you should get the reward.
