Issue:
After researching Tithe Barns, relics may not always give the improved resources. My friend encountered this bug as Mongol in a 1v1, and I encountered it as Delhi in a 2v2.
In the first screenshot, a mosque has the tithe barns resource upgrade shown. In the second screenshot in the same game, a different mosque on the same screen has no tithe barn resource upgrade. All the relics were already in the mosques when tithe barns finished upgrading.
Trigger Event:
After finishing tithe barns research upgrade.
Repro Steps:
- Unclear what steps are needed to reproduce.
- I have seen this bug in 2 separate games.
