Basically the triggers that occur if you lose any Trade Carts don’t work properly. So currently you soft lock if you lose a Trade Cart.
There are six Trade Carts in the scenario and you only have five, so you did lose one.

I took them to the cathedral and nothing happened 
Is the map buged? So we have to wait for what they fix? 
You can still beat it current patch if you don’t lose any Trade Carts
