Tower Elephants STILL Aren't being affected by the blacksmith and madrassa upgrades

i reported this bug in november last year: tower elephants are being affected by the melee attack upgrade of the blacksmith instead of the range attack upgrade, so their archers always deal 15 damage, so they become worse and worse as the game goes on because they can’t match up the ranged armor upgrades. also they aren being affected by incendiary arrows like the other mounted archers
