Town center decoration mod is hidden behind the towncenter

(it should be the elephant decoration, but all of the decoration mod is hidden like this )

Since latest update

• 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)
  I tried to change town center decoration all not working but other players do not have this issue.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. turn on any event town center decoration mod
2. start any game
3. see the decoration is hidden behind the towncenter

EXPECTED RESULT

I would like to see the town center decoration in front of my town center how it was before.

I have the same problem when I tried to use the new penguin monument. I disabled the other mods for Town Center but it didn´t fix the problem. I have the UHD graphics installed, if it helps
