Ship just unloads 1 or 2 units all the time and not all of them even though they would fit if all unloaded. Have to keep hitting the Unload hotkey again and again then it unloads more and have to move around the whole area to ungarrison.

2nd this, having the same bug. Even tried on marsh terrain, ship fully surrounded with terrain to unload and only 4 out of 20 vils unloaded.
Same bug… it makes using ships for army transportation impossible. I take so long to unload my army that my units die one by one. Can only confirm that many more units COULD unload, because there was lots of room around the boat, but they didn’t. Should be easy to reproduce, i found no way to prevent it.
