see video, tributing negative resources in mod/custom scenarios. this would ruin any potential current/future custom scenario/mods

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. have a mod or custom scenarios that causes the resources to go into negatives
  2. tribute just one (in this video it shows gold was tributed but food also gets tributed too)
  3. ruin game dynamics and possibly causes desync?

Out of everything I just saw in that video, the negative tributing is the least confusing to me
