Your Win 7 isn’t up to date since you are on Win 7 SP1. Try to update your system
Not sure if Win 10 is mandatory but even your Win 7 isn’t fully updated becaure you are still on the SP1. Try to update your win 7 to the last update known

But I was also win7 SP1 before I reinstalled the system, and I could play multiplayer games
Well, even if you was I’m pretty sure that you were not intended to be. Take in mind that you’re using a outdated OS, incompatibilities are expected to happen.
