I only win Tughlaq Dynasty when I rush level 2. When I try to play an economical game in the late game, I only lose. Shouldn’t this civilization theoretically have a strong late game and a weak early game?
I believe that the civilization needs a nerf in the early game and a buff for the late game. I believe the only way to do this is to reduce the cost of building Governors on forts, especially in the late game when there are no more stone blocks.
The healer elephants need a nerf or to be locked to castle age.
Aside from the healer elephants the civ is very weak, raider and ballista elephants have very poor stats for their cost and need significant buffs, also many of the governors are underwhelming and the bonuses should be increased and/or changed.
As for the fort cost it is actually fairly reasonable even without considering the governors you get, also you can reduce the cost of all forts by going to castle age with compound of the defender and in that case they cost like 340 stone. If you go with the governor that makes houses/farms generate food and have aged up with compound of the defender you can unlock a level 4 benefit that trickles a small amount of stone.
