I was playing Tughlaq last night and never usually choose the palace of the sultan landmark and did for the first time and while yes it is a fully upgraded fort I didn’t realize it had zero defence or attack capabilities of a fort. Also a fully upgraded fort ends with 6500 health vs the palace caps at 5000. Looking at aoe4 metrics it is picked only 20% of the time.
So here is the suggestion that is small but meaningful to help it’s pick rate and match the other Tughlaq fully upgraded forts:
Give palace of the sultan defense capabilities (even if it’s just arrow slits)
Give palace of the sultan the same matching health as a fully upgraded fort (6500 health)
This will not make it any more powerful than a regular fort, while still making it an advantages pick for it’s potential Governor bonus.
