Type 80 (any class) won't dodge projectiles that has 0 blast radius

as title says, type 80 (buildings, trebuchets, towers etc) of any class will get hit by projectiles and won’t dodge it if said projectiles has 0 blast radius.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. create a scenario using game’s official datamod
  2. give human player 1 trebuchet, AI player 1 trebuchet (packed or unpacked, both works)
  3. give a trigger that gives dodge effect to trebuchet
  4. charge bar appears but trebuchet gets hit will still take damage and not dodge projectile
  5. now reesarch war wolf and attack again
  6. trebuchet now dodges projectile when getting hit

dodges all ranged projectiles for ALL type 80 regardless of blast radius of the attacking unit
