Hi @ComradeZyl
Are you using any UI mod? I tried to reproduce but for me is showing the correct text.

The game uses strings to link texts to set purposes. Given that the civilization description displays Britons information and that the technology description mixes with another technologies, it is pretty clear that these issues are caused by another mod you are currently using (and most likely even a data mod).

Hi @Felizon89
Regarding to your question, yes, I have enabled an ‘enhanced data tooltip’ mod. And I found it was this mod that caused the issue.
In fact, I played around about it for a couple of times afterward. With the mod turned on, I find this happens whenever the game is already started in Return of Rome DLC. If you open the original game and then switch to Return of Rome DLC, then you will not likely to see this problem. It was quite tricky.
Thank you for your time.

Thank you for the suggestion. The issue was indeed caused by a mod I was using.

Glad to hear that you found the root of the issue
