[UI Art] Command panels are too dark

Some command panels (command-panel_extended.png and command-panel_collapsed.png in widgetui\textures\ingame\[UI type] folders) have extremely dark background artworks. This obscures artworks, making them less visible on wider ranges of display devices.

Darker artworks are brightened with more balanced luminosity levels and are intelligible on wider ranges of display devices.

Explanation:
This is an issue I noticed during AoE2DE’s early PR promotion. Sometimes the command panels are too dark and obscure the artworks by making them barely visible to players.

During the promotion, I noticed this on the MEDI panel - the below is captured from a Youtube video of a promotion build, and gave feedback to developers:
MEDI Beta

Perhaps due to my feedback, in the final game, the panel has been brightened:

In the case of the WEST and ORIE panels shown in the first post, their darkness hides details:

While the top priority of the command panels should absolutely be subservient to the buttons they contain, and stay away from being too ostentatious and clash with the buttons, they can benefit from appropriate levels of additional brightness, making the artworks more visible and enjoyable to players, as has been done to the MEDI panel.

There are similar problems with the Return of Rome panels, which this post won’t go through one-by-one. It is hoped developers can make a check through every command panel in base AoE2DE and Return of Rome.

(Ideally, the games should account for the wide range of display devices they could be seen on from the beginning of projects, and establish guidelines on visibility.)
