UI looks bad/jaggy/poorly scaled on non-4K screens

The UI looks really bad on non-4K screens, no matter what scale the player chooses. There’s no antialiasing or 4-to-1 pixels scaling even on 1080p screens on 100% scale

Here’s how to reproduce the issue:

  1. Lunch game
  2. Check the UI
  3. Look for repeating characters or icons
  4. Notice how they look jaggy and even repeated elements look different from each other

Scale at 100%, check how “Test Player” characters look distorted in different ways depending on the row. Text in general look jaggy, with no aliasing whatsoever and the age and civ icons also look different from player to player.
