Hi,
I think that adding information about age up time for every politician/council member would be beneficial for users and small effort for developers to do. Most of them are 90s but we also have a few 80s and 30s I believe (or maybe more) so it can be tricky to remember.
There is a plenty of room to place this info so why not use it?
It could looks like this:

This is actually a GREAT GREAT upgrade. Really nice idea.
For wonders you can put the info in the description (Wonder x seconds - each vil will take Y seconds of the time)
