Umlaute from the website's mod description not shown properly in the mod manager

Issue:

I have uploaded a map as mod and it uses an Umlaut in its description for the word Böblingen.
This is somehow transformed into an escaped HTML Umlaut shown in the mod manager in AOE2DE.
Just use UTF-8 or interpret HTML properly.
My mod is Mods Single - Age of Empires

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Place an Umlaut in the mod description.
  2. Search the mod in the game’s mod manager.
