After one of the last updates I am unable to access my addon campaigns in AOM. Tried to reinstall the game, reinstall the addons etc. Nothing worked. I play on Windows 11 PC.

Are you able to use the pantheons in Skirmish or multiplayer or are they appearing as disabled across the game?
If you have been able to access them before without issue I would recommend contacting AOE support directly with your issue as they might be able to help. If the DLC:s were purchased recently make sure they are activated by double-checking the steps here: How to enable Age of Mythology: Retold DLC – Age of Empires Support
If the DLC:s were purchased on Steam you can also double check if the licenses have been activated correctly on your account by clicking on your account profile name (in the top right corner), clicking account details and then “view licenses and product key activation”. If the DLC content does not show up there after purchase please contact Steam Support. 
I have everything on Microsoft Store / Xbox App, bought all DLC on release date, was able to finish Chinese and Japanese campaigns and on Aztec I’m 23% in. However after update even after reinstalling I cannot access and finish campaign of the Aztecs as it’s greyed out and when I load save it tells me to buy the DLC first. I also cannot access any of the DLC races in any other mode of the game.
