Unable to create a lobby

My son recently got AOE2 DE and we want to play together online. I am unable to create a lobby, the buttin is always greyed out. My son is able to create a lobby and I can join him. This is my 1st endeavor into online playing of AOE2 DE

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Host Game
  2. Create Lobby stays greyed out

:point_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

Do you have an antivirus software installed? If so, please add the whole folder of the game to the exception list.

Isn’t this just because you haven’t typed a lobby name into the top box?

I added every folder I could find to the exceptions and no luck

@BigDaddyBarry I now see that you blocked out your lobby name in the image - can you confirm if it appears in red (it should NOT be red) - I think you might be using a lobby name caught by the swearing filter. For reference, your username would be censored… (I just checked)
