Unable to join Ranked

  • GAME BUILD #: 11771158
  • GAME PLATFORM: Steam
  • OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 10

:play_button: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

auto failure to join ranked game , can start find matchmaking ,countdown completes and the accept/join game button do not appear .
when click again find match it puts me in auto ban mode for failing to join ranked game

:play_button: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:play_button: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. click find match
  2. wait for countdown to complete (as if match is being found by matchmaker)
    3.join game/accpet game gamebutton does not appear and countdown stops

accept game button pop up not coming

no game record as matchmaking does does start game

this could be related i am loosing connection to multiplayer services after 1-2 mins
