Unable to play game on Playstation 5

Both myself and my friend who live on opposite sides of South Africa have both been experiencing the same error when trying to play Age of Empires 2. We are unable to sign in via Playstation network and the link to Microsoft account says it is already logged in. I am unable to disconnect and reconnect or play the game in any form. Has anyone experienced this and know the fix. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game also did nit help

I have also the same problem and i contacted the support team. But nothing was working.

I have been having the same issue also for 4 days.
Still hasn’t been fixed.

Same problem here, reset router settings, erased console storage opened router ports… Anything worked…

40 euros for what? I want my money back. Support dont know anything. Why you sell a game which does not work?

Ehy guys i play from italy and i have the same problem “impossible access to playstation network if the problem persist restart the ps5” we fix that ?
I open 5 ticket on the support and no one knows how problem have this game
I try to change : dns , firewall doors, connection,restart the ps5, reistall the game, reset licens of the game ,reset cache amd database of the ps5 .
Nothing changed stille have the problem
I spent 40€ for the nothing

Problem is still there, Opened also a ticket with Microsoft and send me back to playstation… (Is a Microsoft account login issue and PlayStation cant do anything). By the way guys if you like to play online, i found a solution… Not a great one because i wish to play on my account, but if you do a new PlayStation account on a new email, and also another Microsoft account linked to the same email address, you Will be able to play online with crossplay.
