Unable to play Real World and Special maps

One year later, I still have this issue. I noticed I am not the only one, as I saw someone else made a bug report in 2020 about the same bug as well:

Real World (or anything other than Standard) Map Styles are no Longer Available After Latest Update

Game Version: Build: 101.101.36906.0 4941835 Platform: Steam Operating System: Windows 10 Gamertag: Esarathon Issue: After the latest update, I was unable to select any other option than Standard from the Map Styles list in the Standard Game lobby settings. I have removed all mods and restarted the game but this is still an issue. No drop-down arrow appears to trigger the menu options.
