Unable to sign in to Xbox live

I’m not able to sign into xbox live from the game. When I click the green xbox button on the main menu, it says “signing into xbox live”, but hangs indefinitely. I don’t see any pop-up window as in other games.

  • I am signed in with the xbox app
  • I have tried restarting my computer
  • I have no trouble signing in with other games: AOE3: DE for example
  • I am launching the game from the xbox app
  • I have tried re-installing the game

hi, had the same issue, launching the game as admin worked for me. you can do this from start menu or desktop shortcut. hope it works x
