Issue:The problem started a few days ago. I had actually connected my PS5 account to Microsoft exactly as the instructions said to access crossplay, and it worked. Everything was fine, but yesterday, for some strange reason, it asked me to connect the account again. This is odd because I thought that step was permanent and didn’t need to be repeated. After that, when using the same account I used the first time, I get a message saying “AoM launch, you can now close the page.” But back on the console, nothing changes; it still asks me to log in, as if I hadn’t done anything. Naturally, I still have crossplay disabled.

Repro Steps:
- I opened the game
- I was asked to link my Microsoft account again (even though it had already been done previously).
- I re-linked the account to the same initial account from another device
- I got the same message as the first time: “Login to AoM, you can now close this page.”
- When I returned to the console, everything was exactly the same, and I couldn’t access crossplay.
