Unable to start the game via Steam

Hello there,

I have installed Age of Empires 4 fresh yesterday via Steam. And when starting it didn’t work.
Today i removed it, installed it again. Yet the game still won’t start.

I’ve looked at the other thread for any help but no luck as of yet.

I use Windows 10, Steam. I have:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M
i7-6700HQ

I would love to hear if anyone else experience this problem via Steam or knows a solution, so i could play the game again.

Somehow i can play the game again. Probably has to do with Windows updates.
