Unable to use AOE Insider Portrait in AOE4?

Can anyone help me troubleshoot why I donā€™t have the Age Insider Portrait in AOE4? Iā€™m playing on the same account I was in the Insider Beta in (the same as tied to this forum account).

Sorry for the lazy report but since this is a missing entitlement itā€™s kind of easy to confirm and hard to troubleshoot. Steps to reproduce are simply that I feel I should have the entitlement since Iā€™m logged in on an insider account.

Hey, I participated in the insider program and joined the tests, but it didnā€™t unlock the rewards in the full game.

Any fix ?

Slightly off topic, but also not. Iā€™ve signed up to the Age Insider program, but I donā€™t have my badge here nor the items in AOE IV. I signed up for the Insider program after creating my account on these forums. How to link to link the 2 so I have my badge here (& donā€™t jeopardize getting the items in AOE IV)?

Hi @RobbieDPL, You may need to sign out of the forums, clear your browser history and cache and then login to the forums again for your insider badge on the forums to pop up.

The game has been out for over 10 days now. I signed up for the Age Insider Program last night and am still not seeing any of the in-game rewards unlocked. My Xbox account is linked to my Steam account, and the game is linked to my Steam, but it wonā€™t let me link the game directly to the Xbox account for some reason.

If the in-game rewards are only for those who have participated in an event, then that would mean that Iā€™ve wasted this time thanks to the game incorrectly saying that we can unlock the items by simply joining the program.

Any insight is welcome!

Well thanks for repeating yourself, very helpful. ā€œPost-launchā€ seemed to imply that it would be available with the full release, as opposed to during the beta. This is why I pointed out how long itā€™s been. Again though, thanks for repeating yourself instead of clarifying.

Post-launch = after launch, not at launch. Hope that clarifies their statement!

Thatā€™s another known issue.
