Delete the very folder about this and move on. Never in my life I’ve read a single line in those things.
This is just a swamp of legal stuff, it is not for you to read it, but so that they have a field to defend themselves in court if someone sues them.
For example, on a sausage, the manufacturer has to write “do not shove it in yourself” - not because too many people will want to do this, but because once in a hundred years there will be an extortionist who wants to take advantage of the opportunity to get money through the court. That’s why such bureaucracy is needed.
All end user license agreements are unacceptable. Unenforceable, non-legally-binding, sometimes actually illegal nonsense. Oh, right, you don’t mean like that…
I have the same issue. I am going to click accept, and as far as I’m concerned I am accepting a EULA that says “The was an error while displaying this EULA. Please try again.” which, to me, seems more reasonable than the contents of any EULA I’ve seen before.
yeah, same. i tried reloading, restarting my pc, and everything, and that’s the only thing showing up under the eula, so that’s the eula i’m agreeing to. i’m agreeing to there being an error while displaying that eula, and i already agreed to try again, which i did several times!
hopefully this doesn’t end up being like the disney eula that is preventing a person from suing disney over his wife’s death.
please don’t kill me microsoft, i tried again! just like your eula asked!
